HOW ARE PAYMENTS HANDLED? 

All orders and payments are safely processed through PayPal and / or Stripe. If ordering on Instagram, payments will be processed through PayPal or CashApp.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

I ship orders once a week. Once the tracking label is scanned (only made for bulk orders) at the mailing office, it may take 3-12 days to get your order depending on where your order is being shipped too.

DO YOU MAKE CUSTOM ART?

Yes! All custom art (paintings, digital logos/designs, tattoos,  jewelry, or clothing) can be requested via email ([email protected])

WHAT DO YOU NEED IN ORDER TO GET STARTED ON CUSTOM WORK?

I will need a minimum of 2-3 high quality pictures for reference and a detailed description of what you want the end result to look like. Make sure to include colors you may want and anything else extra that comes to mind.

If you are requesting a custom business logo, 1-4 high quality pictures are required and a detailed description of what you are selling and what you'd like your logo to look like.

 HOW LONG IS THE PROCESS FOR CUSTOM WORK?

I currently work full time but plan to pursue my dream of making and selling art full time. As of now, the process will take 10-45 days depending on the material, size, design, and time on hand. Please keep in mind that the process does not start until we have come to a complete understanding and agreement of price and detail.

• Custom made stickers can only be purchased in bulk with the amount being no less than 25.
  
• Logo(s) will be sent via email as PDF files 

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICE

All sold items are strictly NON REFUNDABLE / RETURNABLE.

ORDER WAS RECEIVED DAMAGED 

Please contact me via email ([email protected]). 3 high quality pictures, of what was damaged, are required in-order to receive a replacement as well as your order number. REFUND WILL NOT BE ISSUED OUT, ONLY REPLACEMENTS.

LOST OR STOLEN ITEMS

I am not responsible for any items that are lost or stolen after being shipped.

SAMPLES / EXTRA GOODIES / PACKING

I do not give out samples of any kind.

Please keep in mind, Extra goodies are free and not every order will receive an extra goodie.
